Student Poster Competition   

 

To encourage students to participate actively in the 22nd Canadian Conference on Surfaces, a student poster competition will be held in the afternoon of Saturday, May 14th.  Students will be competing for the Jean-Denis Carette prize. 

 

Graduate and undergraduate students interested in competing for the Jean-Denis Carette prize should indicate this interest on their registration form. 

 

The Jean-Denis Carette prize will be presented to the winning students at the Banquet Dinner on the evening of Sunday, May 15th. 

 

Instructions for Poster Presenters:

 

You will have a 4' x 4' area for your poster.  Push pins will be provided.  Volunteers will also be available for your assistance. 

 

Posters can be set-up in the space provided in the corridor outside of Saywell Hall room 10081 starting at 12:00 on Saturday, May 14th.  Presenters are expected to be present at their posters from 17:00 to 19:00 on Saturday.  You may continue to engage in discussions during and after the BBQ Dinner.  Posters should be taken down Sunday evening.
